This week we want to introduce you to Daree Wynn of Wynn Media. Daree is a wildly talented Asheville, NC-based Videographer with a passion for capturing authentic moments, emotions, and love stories.
We have had the immense pleasure to work alongside Daree and have seen how he works firsthand. Daree is not only there on the wedding day to be a Videographer (Although he does that very well!) he is also a friend to vendors, the couple, family, and honestly anyone who was present!

What is Wedding Videography?
Unlike Photography where you get lots of beautiful wedding images, a videographer creates one beautifully curated masterpiece to encapsulate the emotions of the entire day. This is a monumental responsibility because you only get one opportunity so it's critical to find someone whose work you genuinely enjoy and whom you have full confidence in!

In picking a videographer Daree pointed out how important it is to find someone who is a professional in their business practices like having a contract or agreement but also someone is who trying new things and learning constantly. Art is subjective but as long as a videographer can consistently demonstrate their creative prowess and ability to learn new things they are a professional.

"Hello! My name is Daree Wynn, I'm 26 years old and I was born and raised in Asheville, NC! I've always been into the arts, starting with the chorus in middle school. I come from a family of musicians, singers, and painters so I always knew I was meant to be in the arts. I would record videos of myself singing and my friends all the way back in high school! I always knew I loved to be around cameras but didn't take it seriously until I bought my first camera in 2020. Amazingly enough, just about a month after purchasing my camera, I was blessed with an opportunity to shoot a wedding for a friend from high school! It turned out much better than I could have imagined and kick-started my business to where I am today." - Daree Wynn
